What is CMS?
A contemt management system [CMS] is a set of tools and methodologies that enables technical and non-technical people to create, edit, manage and finally publish a variety of content. It allows the application of a set of rules, processes and workflows that ensure a coherent, validated website appearance.
A contemt management system can be as simple as setting up a locked template system or as complex as a custom-built system drawing live content from a database.
